The number of cable exercises you can perform is long, but just to name a few: bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, tricep extensions, standing or seated chest flies, rear delt flies, lateral leg raises, donkey kicks, lateral and frontal arm raises, rehab/prehab shoulder work, mid rows (on the floor or on a bench), low rows (by sitting on a bench), lat pulldowns, wood chops, face pulls, chest press, belt squats with our attachment, and since there are so many attachment points, it is easy to superset between exercises.
