Dumbbell Storage Cart

The Dumbbell Storage Cart is one of two options that REP offers for adjustable dumbbell storage. Both options are compatible with REP adjustable dumbbells (REP® x PÉPIN™ FAST Series™ adjustable dumbbells or QuickDraw™ adjustable dumbbells) and take up a similar overall footprint. The cart offers multiple additional storage options with the included pegboard and lower shelf for storing accessories. The cart stores the dumbbells on a flat shelf with a small cutout that allows lifters to step in, making it more comfortable to pick up the dumbbells.
On the other hand, the REP® Adjustable Dumbbell Stand uses a fully split tray design, allowing you to fully walk in, which is the most ergonomic way to pick up heavy dumbbells. However, the stand offers less additional storage for other items.

For a lifter looking for the most ergonomic solution for storing their dumbbells, the stand is the way to go. The stand is also slightly more compact due to its tapered design with angled trays. But for a lifter who values extra features and is willing to sacrifice the split design in favor of more storage options, the cart is the better option.

The Dumbbell Storage Cart can be purchased with six pegboard hooks or without pegboard hooks.

The bottom shelf is great for storing gym accessories, such as cable attachments, mobility tools, bands, and more.

The Dumbbell Storage Cart is designed to fit either the REP® x PÉPIN™ FAST Series™ adjustable dumbbells or QuickDraw™ adjustable dumbbells. Both adjustable dumbbell cradles can be securely bolted down to the top shelf of the cart.

The Dumbbell Storage Cart weighs 94lbs. With the included four high-capacity caster wheels, the cart can be easily moved around, even when loaded with heavy dumbbells. All four caster wheels can be locked to ensure the cart stays put when stored.

The Dumbbell Storage Cart is rated for 500lbs.

REP® has designed the Dumbbell Storage Cart to fit REP adjustable dumbbells. Both cradles can be securely mounted to the top shelf. REP® cannot guarantee compatibility with other brands of adjustable dumbbells.

Hardware to mount the QuickDraw™ adjustable dumbbell cradle is pre-installed in the cradle, and hardware to bolt down the REP® x PÉPIN™ FAST Series™ adjustable dumbbell cradle is included. Instructions on how to mount both cradles are provided.

The Dumbbell Storage Cart ships in one box with four pieces (top shelf, bottom shelf, and two side frames). Assembly takes about 30 minutes.

The Dumbbell Storage Cart is constructed of 11-gauge and 12-gauge steel for the top and bottom shelves, respectively, and 16-gauge steel for the frame. It also features thick rubber liners for both the top and bottom shelves to protect the powder coat and reduce noise when storing the dumbbells or moving the cart around.
